Barclays S&P 500® Index Linked Booster Notes, Series 1(BBE.DB.A, the "Notes")  were posted for trading April 2, 2012 on an “if, as and when issued” basis. All trades up to and including April 13 will settle April 18, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Monday, April 16, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis.
