Seahawk Gold Corp. (the “Issuer”) has announced a name change to Seahawk Ventures Inc.
Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on April 15, 2025.
The Exchange has determined that the Issuer has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.
